A few weeks before Destiny 2 launched an open beta for the game before it launched but you might’ve not been able to play it, or you just don’t want to buy it. Right now your lucky because Activision has announced a Destiny 2 beta for PS 4, Xbox One and PC. The demo is like a free trial that features both PvE and PVP.
The trail starts on November 28th, and it’s going to be available on all platforms. In the Destiny 2 demo, you will be able to all of the story content from the first two planets (Earth’s European Dead Zone and Saturn’s moon.) Gamers will also be able to go to Destiny 2’s Social space the farm. Adventures in both of these planets and the demo will allow players to have access to the Quickplay playlist. Players that play demo will be able to join clans and play with other players, but the maximum level you can reach on the demo is 7. If you want to play the demo and buy the game your progress will be transferred to the game. Destiny 2’s Xbox One X and PS 4 Pro patch will be released on December 5th. We don’t have details about them, but we know that on the Xbox One X and PS 4 Pro patch will add HDR and 4k support and they will be running at 30 FPS. Bungie says they could make Destiny 2 run at 60 FPS but if they did the world will be smaller, and there will be fewer monsters to kill. Destiny 2 might not look as good as other games on the Xbox One X because Sony has a partnership with Bungie so Destiny 2 on the Xbox One X might not look a lot better than the PS 4 Pro version.
