Sony announced a new PlayStation VR bundle that is hitting store shelves across North America. The next PSVR bundle will include PlayStation’s exclusive driving simulator game Gran Turismo Sports.

The bundle costs $399 (USD), and it includes a Physical copy of Gran Turismo Sport, PlayStation camera, a PS VR, and a new VR demo disc. The bundle doesn’t have the new PS CR version that Sony revealed in October. The new model is called CUH-ZVR, and it has a better processor unit that works with HDR, and it comes with a thinner connection cable. The new version will also have a feature that allows stereo headphone cables to be integrated with PS VR.

PS VR doesn’t have controllers like the Oculus touch and HTC Vive controllers or the graphics, but it still competes and beats the other headsets in some areas. Many gamers will not pick up the Vive because it costs $599.99, but the Oculus Rift $399.99 and the PS VR with all the equipment (Playstation move controllers and PS camera) costs $449.99. PS VR has been very successful, and many people switched from the Xbox One to the PS 4 because they wanted to play VR games. Sony will continue making money from players that switch from other platforms to PS 4 for VR because right now Microsft and Nintendo have no plans for a VR headset.

The reason for many gamers choosing PS VR over the Oculus Rift and the HTC Vive is games. PS VR has many great exclusive games while the competition doesn’t have that many games. Most of the good games on HTC Vive and Oculus Rift are available for PS VR, but none of PS VR’s exclusive games are available in the competition. One of these exclusive games is Rogue One’s X-Wing VR mission the game is entertaining, but it’s not available on the Oculus and the Vive.
