‘Hunt: Showdown’ Alpha Sign-Ups Opens

Crytek started sign up for alpha version of upcoming game, Hunt: Showdown for PC gamers. Hunt: Showdown was shown at E3 2017 for the first time, Hunt: Showdown is a new free-to-play, four-player co-op, FPS video game from Crytek’s U.S.-based studio. Four players split into two teams with role of Van Helsing-style monster hunters. Using Civil War-era weapons, the teams fight to track down AI-controlled monster in an open-world map. They can kill, sabotage, ally with, or use each other.
Think of this game as an open-world Left 4 Dead with face-lifted graphics by Crytek’s newest graphics techs. The alpha will be on testing gameplay, balance, and backend functionality, with participants chosen at random from the signup list. Those lucky enough to get in will be notified via email. Crytek didn’t say how many people it’s after for this alpha but anyone can send the request. Take your shot at huntshowdown.com.
