Rumor: Former Rockstar Leeds Programmer Accidentally Leaked Red Dead 2 PC
If the rumors are real Red Dead 2 PC is happening
Red Dead Redemption is one of the most popular of all times. As expected Rockstar is working on a new installment in the Red Dead Redemption series and after a bunch of delays it has been confirmed that it is coming out October 26, 2018, for the PS 4 and Xbox One. The original Red Dead Redemption, unfortunately, wasn’t released for the PC but it seems like Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming to the PC and it is expected for it to come out very soon after the console versions.
According to a LinkedIn post by a former Rockstar programmer who worked on many Rockstar games including GTA V (spotted by Reddit user theinsightfulwatcher), Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming to the PC. In the post, the former employee says that they worked in Rockstar from June 2009 until November 2016 and worked on Red Dead Redemption 2 for the PC, Xbox One, and PS 4.
After a lot of research, we figured out that the post is legit. At least the info that they wrote on it is real for the most part. They say that they worked on L.A Noir for the PS3, XBox, and PC but the problem is that L.A Noir wasn’t released for the Xbox it was released on the Xbox 360. Although this could simply be a typing error in a lot of fake leaks very minor details are wrong. If you were searching for a job wouldn’t you at least make sure that you spelled everything correctly? Remember anyone could go onto LinkedIn, make an account, and say that they worked for Rockstar. There is a big chance that this is fake.
