Nvidia Ampere Latest Rumors

Nvidia’s latest GPU series, Turning has been a bit disappointing to PC gamers. Rumors were going around the internet claiming that Turning is going to allow gamers to play the latest games at 4k for a low price but when Nvidia announced Turning they didn’t even acknowledge gaming performance. AMD is going to release Radeon VII, the world’s first 7nm GPU on February 7 2019 but, Nvidia hasn’t said anything about 7nm GPUs. Well, the latest rumors claim that Nvidia is going to announce 7nm gaming GPUs sometime in 2020.

Nvidia Ampere Coming 2020

According to the latest rumors, Nvidia is going to use Samsung’s new 7nm extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUV) process to deliver 7nm Ampere GPUs to gamers. Ampere is probably going to feature ray tracing cores but, it will probably be more optimized and you might actually be able to get 60 FPS with RTX enabled at 1080p with a GPU that costs less than $800. Unfortunatly, this is all we know about Nvidia Ampere GPUs.

AMD Navi GPUs Coming 2019

According to the latest rumors, AMD is going to release the lower-end Navi cards sometime this year (most likely around summer time.) Four different AMD Navi Variants were spotted in the MacOs Mojave update. A file named “AMDRadeon6000HWServiceskext” was spotted in MacOs which lists Navi 16, Navi 12, Navi 10 and Navi 9. A lot of rumors have been going around the internet claiming that AMD Navi is going to be released sometime around July so, this rumor further proves the credibility of past rumors.

Other rumors have claimed that AMD is going to release Navi 10 and Navi 12 (the lower-end Navi cards) sometime in 2019 and the higher-end Navi cards in 2020. The lower-end cards are supposedly going to be the RX 3060, RX 3070, and RX 3080. The RX 3080 is going to be able to perform like the Nvidia RTX 2070 for half the price. The Naiv GPUs spotted in MacOs may be portable GPUs 0r costume made for Apple while Navi 10 and Navi 12 are going to be desktop GPUs.
